The Nike Sportswear Air Max Classic BW Textile harkens back to a time before flywire, polyurethane coating, and lunar foam. The understated running kick has a simple composition and color blocked pattern that goes a long way for sneaker enthusiasts. With a white base off-set by aqua accents, this kick looks like it came straight out of the early 90s, but it’s actually a new release from the fine folks at Nike Sportswear. The Nike Air Max Classic BW is often the forgotten member of the Nike Air Max line but this time Nike has gone through great pains to design a unique colorway for the iconic silhouette. These are currently available in Europe—time will tell if they’ll make their way stateside, fingers crossed.
