Still Losing: Jermaine Dupri Is Sued Over Child Support

On the heels of news that an Atlanta mansion owned by Jermaine Dupri was up for foreclosure last week comes word the So So Def CEO is being sued for unpaid child support. Reportedly, JD was recently ordered to pay $2,500 per month and an added $7,500 to an Atlanta woman after he was proven to be the father of her 7-month-old baby girl. According to the Associated Press, the woman, Sarai Jones, is taking the vertically challenged producer back to court after he neglected to make some of the payments.
In related news, JD has also neglected to pay the state of Georgia, as he owes over $493,000 in back taxes according to WSB TV 2 in Atlanta. SMH…so far in 2011, Jermaine Dupri is so not #winning.
