The collaborator impresario Ronnie Fieg is back at it, linking up yet again with Asics for a fresh take on a classic silhouette. Ronnie has mastered the complex industry formula which goes cute girls + fresh kicks = male interest. For his latest collaboration on the Asics “Ultra Marine” GT II, he’s enlisted to services of professional cheerleader Bibiana Julian. Julian sets the scene for the summertime kicks which sport a brushed suede deep blue base off-set with turquoise accents on the logo. While kicks are usually a fashion faux pas at the beach, I’m pretty sure most everyone is willing to give Bibiana a pass. The kicks aptly draw inspiration for the beach with the different hues on display, and are said to be dropping in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled.
