Lil Wayne Sits Courtside In Miami With His New Girlfriend & Fresh Kicks
By now you’ve seen the photos of Weezy in Miami, soaking some shining sun, hanging with a new breezy and sitting courtside in a crisp pair of kicks with Drake. Rumors say the new girl’s name is Dhea and she’s a waitress from Scottsdale, Arizona, but I digress. The Young Money leader was spotted at the Miami Heat game defiantly donning a Lakers cap on his head and, much more passively, sporting a pair of Nike SB Dunks on his feet. Mind you, these aren’t any old pair of Dunks—they are the Nike SB Dunk Mid “Mama Bear,” If you didn’t pay attention or weren’t into kicks way back in 2006, take this as a refresher. The Mama Bear Dunks, as they were colloquially know, were released in a trilogy pack of Dunks which included a pair of Dunk His, aka the “Papa Bear,” and a pair of lows—you guessed it—titled the “Baby Bear.” I suppose Lil Wayne wasn’t stunting like his daddy on this Miami eve, as he took in the game with the suede-and-fur-clad Mama Bear Dunks on his feet. These kicks have enjoyed staying power in an attention-deficit sneaker game due to the use of fur on all quadrants. Clearly, the fur design still resonates today.

It’s getting so redundant watching celebs with these jump offs in it just for the money. If Lil Wayne was not who he is would she be sitting there. She’s looking so disinterested…simply waiting for some money to be spent. Wonder what they say under their breaths about these stupid ninjas.
