Over the last week or so, the blogosphere has been inundated with pictures of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez making out on a beach in Maui, Hawaii. Although Justin and the Disney starlet have been dating since late last year, it wasn’t until recently that the couple threw caution to the wind and put their relationship on full display. Reportedly, there’s a reason for the sudden extreme PDAs. An inside source toId In Touch Weekly:

“At first, Justin’s handlers made him hide the relationship because they feared alienating his young female fans. But Selena got sick of playing along and gave him an ultimatum to go public.”

Apparently, the ultimatum was all it took to get Justin to cut the discreet act and be open with their long-rumored romance. According to the source:

“He didn’t want to get dumped, so now the world knows how into each other they are!”

I respect Selena for not being the Emily to Justin’s Fabolous, but I think I speak for all of us when I say “get a room”!!
