How much would you pay to watch a tape of Jennifer Lopez getting down and dirty in her prime? While most of you pervs may be up for shelling out a decent amount to watch the secret footage from her 1997 honeymoon to first husband Ojani Noa, don’t hold your breath. Lopez has gone into fighter mode to make sure the tape doesn’t see the light of day—at least for now.

Noa and current girlfriend Claudia Vasquez have teamed up to try everything in their power to have the tape released to the public (nice couple huh?) and they’ve been offered millions of dollars to do just that. Lopez, however, won a small victory yesterday as an LA County Superior Court Judge granted her a restraining order against Vasquez, who, according to TMZ, technically owns the tape. According to PopEater, the judge temporarily shot down a bid for the tape, citing that the ‘On the Floor’ singer must sign off on the video if it is to be released (like that‘s going to happen).

Rumors of sex tapes (remember the one Suge Knight is supposed to be in possession of?) have haunted Lopez for years. This particular tape was made years before having one became de rigeur in Hollywood, but if it does come out it may be met with more excitement than any before it.
