This story is still developing, but what we do know is the Wizards of Waverly Place star (and Justin Bieber‘s girlfriend) was rushed to the hosptial after her appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. She is described as having felt nauseous and while suffering from a sever headache. According to TMZ:
She was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital and is still there, undergoing tests.…We’re told the exact cause of her illness is not yet known.
