Ginuwine Is Next To Get A Reality Show
Seven albums deep in the game and after a brief foray into the film industry (with appearances in Juwanna Mann and Honey), Ginuwine known affectionately as Ginu-fine to all his female fans is ready to make his next leap to the small screen with a reality show.
If you were hoping the show would consist of beautiful ladies participating in an urban beauty pageant with the title In Those Jeans like I was, you’ll be disappointed. The show is entitled Ginuwine: A New Beginning and is all about his life as an entertainer, husband, and father to eight children by different women (four of whom live in the house with him). That means you can expect former recording artist Sole (Ginuwine’s wife with whom he is sharing a T.I.-and-Tiny-style lickfest, above) to play a major role in the show.
The premise alone seems pretty good. We’re watching an entertainer—who shares a house with five women—try not to go crazy. No wonder he spends so much time doing shows on the road or recording in the studio. Even with the music, it’s probably quieter (just kidding, ladies). So far, the show has no network or debut date, leaving us hoping it won’t fall through like that TGT album.
Here’s a preview of what to expect when the show finally does find a home and time slot.
What do you think? Is there any more room for Ginuwine in those DVRs?
