After having a strong independent response to his mixtape Nostalgia: Ultra, Frank Ocean has linked up with power house label Def Jam. They keep the wheels on the train moving by releasing an official video for his smash single, “Novacane.” 50 Cent released a new song last night from his upcoming LP, this one is called “Outlaw.” DC native Wale keeps the internet buzzing with his latest, “LaceFrontin’.” Speaking of internet buzz, The Weeknd is ready to drop another mixtape. Check out this new song called “The Birds (Part 1),” a warm up for the project. Finally one of my favorite MCs is back and about to put out a mixtape with DJ Drama called Cookies Or Comas. The MC is Jean Grae, the song is called “CaseBasket” and it’s produced by my homie DJ Boogie Blind.
