My last post about Harry Potter seemed to… upset some of you.

Well, the Internet gods must have been paying attention, because the very next day they sent a video that combines HP with something I already love: The Book of Mormon, the new Broadway show written by the creators of South Park.

At first, I’m just a little disturbed by all the cross-dressing and the perky music. But then, I can’t get over the fact that one teenage girl wrote, produced, and performed this entire thing with nine separate voice parts. Impressive.

So I humbly ask your help in figuring out everything going on here. I’ll start things off: Harry’s blue bowtie and horse doll are references to Daniel Radcliffe’s two Broadway roles in How To Succeed In Business and Equus. But everything else is kind of a mystery to this poor Muggle.
