Tanya Williams Joins The Cast Of Basketball Wives: LA
VH1 is currently filming Basketball Wives: LA, and the latest addition to the cast is Tanya Williams, the estranged wife of controversial former NBA star, Jayson Williams. Tanya told Page Six:
“I signed on to participate in the show to elevate the negative perception…that [it] is purposely filled with flighty, overly emotional and senselessly dramatic women.”
I hear that, but she better hope she doesn’t ever run into Tami with the way she’s calling people “flighty” and “dramatic.” Anyway, Tanya continued:
“Yes, my life is chaotic, dramatic and surreal, but I’m also a businesswoman.”
According to Page Six, Jayson, who’s currently serving time behind bars in connection with the shooting death of a limo driver, goes before the parole board next month around the time Basketball Wives: LA premieres. Pauses. I hope to goodness the camera captures some of that drama…I am so there.
