This is a fine example of how stupid (yes, I am a native but…)
Florida really is. The jury probably had no concept of Naracissism.
Casey wanted to live her fantasy life which didn’t include being held down by a child. Her dad, George is probably naracissitic as well. She can lie with no shame, remorse or guilt. It’s all about her. She convinced the jurors (who had to be the stupidest people on the earth) that she was innocent but MOST COMMON SENSE people know she did do this. Who else did. No I don’t want to read a book written by a immature girl who lies with every breath. I would come more likely to reading Cindy Anthonys’ book but I wouldn’t want her to relive it all over again. She has been made to pay for nothing she has done. She wouldn’t have known Casey’s
condition without reading about it first. Casey also took the one person she knew Cindy loved!! Casey was never attached emotionally to Caylee, Caylee was no more than an object that was in Caseys’ way. She still has to answer to God though. Will Casey make it once out in public like O.J. Simpson did? Florida should be ashamed of this movie deal for the love of money. I don’t want to live in this state any longer as I have yet to see JUSTICE! May all the big wigs in Florida roit in HELL as I think they sealed their fate.

what is wrong with Florida. Used to think that it would a great state to live in. I actually have a sister who lives there, but after this case and the TREVON MARTIN CASE, I dont think Florida is a place where JUSTICE IS NORMALLY SERVED. The people there seem to be too leaniant to murderers and that is not a good look at all, just sayin.

PEOPLE JUST DONT WANT TO BELIEVE THAT THIS MURDERER ACTUALLY KILLED HER CHILD.I DID NOT WANT TO BELIEVE IT AND SAID ITS SOUNDS MORE LIKE AN ACCIDENT.I DONT THINK SHE INTENDED THE MURDER BUT IT WAS EITHER A CHLOROFORMING GONE BAD, OR SHE JUST SUFFOCATED HER INTENTIONALLY. — WHEN THERE IS AN ACCIDENT FAMILY MEMBERS USUALLY ALWAYS NOT SOMETIMES BUT ALWAYS CALL 911 AND THE POLICE. WHY WOULD YOU NOT WANT THE BODY TO BE GIVEN RESPECT AND SHOWN DECENCY AFTER DEATH. HOW CAN AND WHY WOULD A CHILD BE DUCT TAPED AFTER DEATH /BECAUSE AT THE TIME SHE WAS DUCT TAPE SHE WAS ALIVE AND BEING DRUGGED SO CASEY COULD HAVE FREE TIME AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK FROM HER FREE TIME CASEY WAS DEAD! THERE IS YOUR ACCIDENT! CASEY’S PLAN BACKFIRED AND HER CHILD DIED! SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE DID SO SHE CANT CALL THE COPS SHE NEEDED MORE TIME. SHE KEPT TELLING HER MOM “JUST GIVE ME ONE MORE DAY” WHEN HER MOM THREATENED TO CALL POLICE SHE WAS BEGGING FOR MORE TIME! THIS IS WHEN THE MOTHER WAS GETTING ALL THE LIES AND NOT SEEING HER GRANDDAUGHTER!WHEN THE GRANDPARENTS GOT THE NOTICE ABOUT THE CAR BEING TOWED FOR WEEKS! THAT WAS IT! BUSTED!!! WHY WOULD YOU ABANDON YOUR CAR FOR WEEKS JUST TO HAVE FREE TIME WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND LIE TO THE PEOPLE THAT IS TAKEN CARE OF YOUR DAUGHTER. THAT CANT MAKE SENSE TO THE PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE CASEY IS INNOCENT. REALLY? YOU CANNOT BELIEVE THAT SHE IS DOING ALL THIS LIEING JUST TO HEAR HERSELF LIE! SHE COVERED UP AND COVERED AND KEPT COVERING FOR 3 YEARS AND GOT HER LAWYER TO JOIN HER IN THE COVER UP AND NOW SHE WANTS PEOPLE TO HELP HER GET RICH OFF OF A BOOK ABOUT THE WHOLE LIE! B—-H!PLEASE!I DO WANT THE STATE TO BE PAID BACK FOR THE SEARCH THAT SHE CAUSED FOR HER DAUGHTER WHEN SHE KNEW VERY WELL WHERE SHE WAS, BUT I CANT GIVE A PENNY TO THE LIER OF THE CENTURY! REMEMBER THE SHOVEL SHE PUT THAT GIRL IN THE WOODS TO ROT AND THOUGTH NO ONE WOULD FIND HER SHE EVEN HAD TIME TO MOVE THE BODY CUS SHE WAS NOT ARRESTED UNTIL OCTOBER OF 2008 SHE HAD 2 AND 1/2MONTHS TO MOVE THAT BODY TO KEEP IT FROM BEING FOUND IS WHY THEY DID NOT FIND IT THE FIRST TIME. DONT FORGET IT WAS IN THE TRUNK FIRST BEFORE IT WAS BURIED. THEY HAD BAD RAIN AND THEN THE BODY WAS FOUND LATER AND THE REASON THAT GUY FOUND THE BODY WAS BECAUSE HE WAS LOOKING FOR IT WANTING THE REWARD MONEY! MAKE SENSE! THE NAME OF THE MOVIE SHOULD BE ” THE PERFECT LIE” OR THE PERFECT COVER UP” OR JUST PLAIN OLE “BELLA VIDA” (THE GOOD LIFE), BASED ON A TRUE STORY OF CASEY ANTHONY! I WANT GO TO SEE THE MOVIE NOR BUY ANYTHING TO BENEFIT CASEY ANTHONY! IT WOULD BE A DISGRACE TO CAYLEE MORE THAN IT ALREADY HAS BEEN. STILL TO THIS DAY THIS AS SOME THINK, “POOR INNOCENT WOMAN, HAS YET TO SPEAK A WORD TO HER PARENTS AND THAT TO ME SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT CASEYS GUILT! IT SPEAKS VOLUMES IF YOU ARE SO INNOCENT WHY WOULD YOU HAVE NOTHIG TO DO WITH YOUR PARENTS ESPECIALLY YOUR MOM WHO PURGERED HERSELF ON THE STAND IN COURT FOR YOU AFTER SHE LOST HER GRANDCHILD, EMPLOYMENT AND EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF YOUR LIES! HOW DARE CASEY BUT I KNOW HOW THE SAME WAY SHE KILLED HER DAUGHTER THE THINKING THAT SHE CAN HAVE WHAT SHE WANTS NO MATTER WHAT! Many, many, many people ask why didn’t Casey call 911 if her child accidentally drowned in the pool? The answer is because her child was dead already, dead, dead for many hours. The only thing 911 could do is write a report of child neglect leading to death of a child. Casey’s mother forgot to remove the ladder next to the pool. Aggravated manslaughter of a child carries a maximum sentence of 30 years’ imprisonment, according to Florida law. That’s what most people don’t understand, or rather don’t want to understand. Why? Because they are simple people, because they are blood thirsty, because they are stupid. That’s why!

I agree. That juror you mentioned should not have said they felt “sick”, because that implies that they were in limbo, not knowing what decision to make. Probably they were tired and couldn’t concentrate any more.

They should have rested for a couple of days in their motel without discussing the case, and then resume deliberation after having two good nights’ sleep.

Or they could have declared they were unable to reach a decision (hung).

I honestly believe that this case has so many elements in it to analyze, especially the forensics stuff, and deliberation for a trial that took so long should at least take a week or two, not just 11 hours. They probably ignored the technical stuff because they were too hard to digest, considering their academic backgrounds.
