Hot chicks in thongs, flames coming out of kicks, a skull smoking a blunt and his face depicted with a scowl and gold teeth. Chris Brown continues his rebellious streak with the artwork for Boy In Detention, his upcoming mixtape.

The tape sees Chris mesh his singing and rapping persona’s together for the first time on a complete set of music. “Yes I’m a singer so if this mixtape doesn’t reach your quota for hip-hop, simply don’t listen,” he tweeted after the tape’s announcement, preempting fans’ questions about the type of tracks he’s choosing to put on what he originally dubbed a “hip-hop mixtape.”

“Look At Me Now” was an introduction to Breezy’s intentions to rap, but it wasn’t till the 9th Wonder-produced “Real Hip-Hop 3″ dropped a couple weeks back that it appeared his aspirations were serious. “I know you’re mad ’cause I [can] afford it/TMZ I’m wiping my a*s/So stop recordin’/Supposedly a singer can’t do hip-hop/But I just killed this s*it/So let the s*it rock,” he raps. “Real Hip-Hop 4″ followed, with lines like “Music is therapeutic to my brain cells/And when I’m stupid/Yeah, I lose it/I don’t think well.”

Chris Brown is one of the scheduled performers for the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, August 28 at 9/8 c.
