3D photography has popped in and out of pop culture several times over the past two centuries. Each entry soared with a new and inviting invention, then died off. Not sure how long 3D will stick around this time, but with the way technology is growing, it should be around much longer than it has in the past.

Nick Saglimbeni took the first step toward launching a 3D magazine for the iPad, iPhone, iTouch and Android. It’s called World’s Most Beautiful 3D which features exactly what the title implies, the “world’s most beautiful” things. The hottest celebrities, the most gorgeous women, the coolest toys, fastest cars and amazing places.

The app is free to download, but the issues cost about $3 to $5 each. You can get yourself a free (cereal box) pair of red/cyan glasses on WMB3D.com, or purchase the more stylish ones for $12.

Gotta thank Nick for allowing 3D photography to thrive.
