Apple Announces iPad 3 For 2012

While it won’t arrive in time to be a Christmas stocking stuffer, look out for the third iteration of Apple’s successful tablet, the iPad, coming early next year.
The company is reportedly currently in trial production for its latest product, ordering chips, display panels and other key components. According to Mashable, one supplier claimed Apple has already placed orders to develop 1.5 million iPad 3s in the fourth quarter.
No doubt the iPad 3 will build on the developments of version two, including a thinner device, faster processor, better camera ability, longer battery life and more (including a rumored higher-resolution OLED screen).
