Halle Berry Wins Battle Over “Movie Clause” Of Custody Agreement
Evidently, the war wages on, but Halle Berry has won this latest battle over custody of her three-year-old daughter, Nahla. The Oscar-winning actress and Nahla’s father, model Gabriel Aubry, were back in court recently duking it out over the correct interpretation of the “movie clause” in their current custodial agreement. According to TMZ:
“We’re told the issue had to do with the custody agreement the couple signed. There’s a provision in the agreement dealing with how much time each of them gets to spend with Nahla when Halle shoots a movie.
Halle is going to Europe soon to shoot a flick, and Gabriel and Halle were arguing over the ‘movie clause’—specifically, how they’re supposed to divide their time with Nahla.
We’re told the judge bought Halle’s interpretation of the ‘movie clause,’ meaning Gabriel won’t get as much time with Nahla as he wanted.”
This constant fighting about every little thing when it comes to custody of their child is getting quite old. I hope one of them is eventually able to be the bigger person and get this thing over with before Nahla starts to resent both of them.
