The closest the U.S. will get to a Royal wedding in terms of pomp and spectacle occurred recently when reality starlet Kim Kardashian tied the knot with NBA ball player Kris Humphries. The two have been in the tabloids for months leading up to the wedding, and after allowing E! exclusive rights to tape the wedding, the two could net close to $18 million when it’s all said and done, but that’s besides the point, sort of. Kim and Kris were spotted strolling down the street recently while Kris sported what seems to be on the top of every celebrity hot list, the Air Jordan III. Specifically, he wore the Air Jordan III “True Blue,” the same choice Carmelo Anthony recently made when hitting the town with his young bride La La. Maybe there’s some sort of code about newlyweds and Air Jordan III “True Blues” or maybe both ball players respect the classic stylings and casual summer look. While Kris sported his Jordans matched up with a pair of Nike track pants, and a white Vneck, the lounging outfit is color blocked and works quite nicely. Let’s see if the crisp kicks last longer than the fairy-tale wedding.
