While rumors of Beyoncé and Jay-Z‘s first baby have been circulating the blogosphere for months, the reveal of Beyoncé’s baby bump during the VMAs set a Twitter world record. At the end of Beyoncé’s performance, she pulled her jacket back to reveal a slight but evident protrusion which the proud mom to be rubbed lovingly. Not only was this a heart-warming moment in which the camera shifted from Beyoncé to a giddy Jay-Z back to Beyoncé again, but it was a Twitter world record. Fans hit the social networking platform to tweet a record 8,868 times per second about Beyoncé’s baby.
