Pauly D And 50 Cent Recording An Album Together?
Pauly D and 50 Cent now have much more than buff bodies in common: the unlikely duo are officially recording an album together.
When rumors first abounded the Jersey Shore star had signed to Fif’s G-Unit team via its pop, dance and R&B subsidiary label G-Note Records, they raised many eyebrows within the industry. But it seems the DJ is taking his career options seriously as he transitions from reality star to music standout.
“I’m focusing on music. That’s my passion,” the 31-year-old tells Billboard. “I’m working with 50 Cent now. I’m going to do an album with him. It’s going to be a little bit of everything, almost like DJ Khaled and kind of David Guetta but my own DJ Pauly D style.”
After a successful run with Britney Spears on her North American Femme Fatale tour, the fist-pumping DJ has now been invited by the pop icon to warm up the crowd for the upcoming European leg.
