The Game Accuses Restaurant Of Refusing To Serve Him Because He’s Black

The Game is accusing a Los Angeles restaurant of racism after he was denied service during a recent visit. According to TMZ, the west coast rapper stopped by Hillstone’s (née Houston’s) when the restaurant’s manager refused to give him a table. Unsurprisingly, Game took to his Twitter page shortly after to react to the incident:

“Houston’s just went from my favorite resturant to the “RACIST-URANT” !!!!

“Hillstone’s racist-urant formerly known as Houston’s & their slave-master manager Valerie has just made #1 on the RACIST resturant list !”

Despite the Twitter rant (which has become synonymous with the former G-Unit soldier), Game being denied a table at Hillstone’s may have had nothing to do with his race and everything to do with the way he was dressed (he was wearing a tank top). A source told TMZ:

“…the manager told Game he was in violation of the dress code, which requires men to wear sleeves.”

Apparently, Game and his posse understood the dress code, but claim they saw a few white guys seated in the restaurant dressed in sleeveless shirts, but a Hillstone’s rep told TMZ:

“Game only pointed to a lone sleeveless woman at the bar—NOT two men—and says the sleeve rule does not apply to females.”

Despite accusing them of racism, the restaurant told TMZ Game is welcome to patronize their establishment at anytime…and as long as he’s not wearing a tank top.
