Jersey Shore‘s Pauly D Wears A Nicki Minaj Tee. Score It For Under $25!
“I’m dedicating this tweet to officially ask Nicki Minaj be my Valentine” Pauly D typed back in January 2011. He might not have ever scored that date but the Jersey Shore resident D.J. got something even better—a job.
Paul DelVecchio, 31, opened for Nicki Minaj and Britney Spears for six dates on the Femme Fatale tour this summer and even got a sexy lap dance from Brit Brit on stage. He may have been handcuffed but he swears it was still fantastic.
“What it means to DJ a concert like a Britney Spears concert or something like that, it’s an association with monsters like Britney Spears and it just legitimizes your career,” he explained at The Palms Casino Resort. “And it’s just fun being onstage with Britney Spears performing like she’s performing. I love it. I couldn’t ask for more.”
Now DJ Swag is showing his appreciation for his tour mates, wearing his heart on his sleeve, literally. Meanwhile, Pauly D shows no signs of stopping. In August he announced a three-album deal with 50 Cent‘s G-Unit Records & G-Note Records.
“I’m working with 50 Cent now,” Pauly D told Billboard. “I’m going to do an album with him. “[It's] going to be a little bit of everything…almost like DJ Khaled and kind of David Guetta but my own DJ Pauly D style.”
