Why Did Kourtney Kardashian Take Her 21-Month-Old Son Mason To The Plastic Surgeon???

Is Mason Dash Disick the youngest Hollywood tot to need a nip/tuck?

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian was seen leaving the office of a NYC plastic surgeon with her baby-daddy Scott Disick, 28, this week, while holding her one-year-old son Mason in her arms. In a scene seriously reminiscent of the days when Michael Jackson would tot son Blanket around, shielding his face with a blanket from paparazzi, the 32-year-old protective Mama hid her son’s face from the world. Had her son just had some work done? Nope!

Days earlier, Mason took a serious tumble while running and playing, as most precocious toddlers do, and straight face-planted on the ground. He suffered scrapes, bruises and a bump on his nose which caused Kourtney to dash to a pediatric plastic surgeon so her son could get stitches.

This isn’t the first time the Kardashian clan have gone under the knife. Bruce Jenner visited the plastic surgeon in 2009 to correct a partial face-lift and nose job he had over 20 years ago and most recently his wife, Kris Jenner, had some work done in preparation of Kim Kardashian‘s wedding to Kris Humphries.

Kourt and Kimmy are currently in the Big Apple filming Season 2 of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it seems like Kourtney is still California dreaming! “I miss my home,” Kourt tweeted. “New York gives me a panic attack sometimes!”

Just be sure to baby-proof the penthouse Kourtney and you should be just fine.
