50 Cent Sued For Employee’s Deviant Behavior
While he’s admirably attempting to feed a billion people in Africa, on a personal level things back home are looking a lot more grim for 50 Cent.
TMZ reports a suit has been filed against 50 (born Curtis Jackson) via a man who allegedly works for him named Dwayne McKenzie. While it’s not clear yet what exactly McKenzie does for Fif, he reportedly invited women over to 50′s mansion in Connecticut (while 50 Cent was away) and during the party, began making “graphic and vulgar sexual requests” of one particular woman.
That woman is the plaintiff, Vasti Ortiz. She apparently became uncomfortable with McKenzie’s behavior and started to leave, and claims that’s when he ordered another woman to start beating on her while he held her down and badly hurt her.
50 is being sued in the case as Ortiz claims Fif knew, or should have known, that McKenzie was a known criminal who had assaulted in the past. Once again, 50 Cent was not present during the alleged attack.
