It’s official. “It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars is indeed the first song from the much anticipated The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack.

Twenty-five year old pop star Mars is an interesting choice for the film’s music, considering the saga has historically favored under-the-radar indie artists and angsty rockers to compliment the deep and dark scripts. “It Will Rain” is exclusively available worldwide from Tuesday next week on iTunes, when you will also be able to pre-order the soundtrack (October 31 for the single’s release in the UK). The full tracklisting will be revealed via Twilight‘s Facebook and Twitter on Monday.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is available everywhere Tuesday, November 8. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn hits theatres Friday, November 18.
