Lauren Conrad is one busy reality Queen Bee.

The Hills star already has three clothing lines and four best-selling novels under her belt. Just this week, the 25-year-old announced she is focusing on expanding her other brands, currently working on her fifth book, The Fame Game and she’s also planning to develop a beauty line based on her Web site, The Beauty Department.

So it only makes sense that the fashion mogul and overachiever would be one step ahead of the game and ready to debut her Spring 2012 Collection for Paper Crown despite the fact the looks won’t hit stores until March 2012. The blonde bombshell’s aesthetic is simple: fun, flirty, girly pieces in very soft shades of tan and pink with classic black pieces mixed in for a line that is wearable from sunlight to sunset. Describing her collection as “very feminine with a glamorously retro twist. Think clean lines, luxurious details, and dainty accents.” Lauren hopes that you’ll slip into her clothes whether you are headed to “work, shopping or even your birthday party.”

In the midst of all of her success, Lauren took to her blog on Forbes.com to admit that she has made mistakes in the past, but she is happy to learn from them. “While the future is bright, I cannot forget the missteps I have made along the way,” Lauren confessed.  “My mistakes ended up teaching me the most invaluable lessons, which have molded me into the businesswoman I am today. I have taken chances, broken rules and cut corners and these shortcuts haven’t always resulted in my favor. But, of all the slipups I’ve made, I honestly don’t think I would go back and correct a single one. Trust me, it’s far better to learn those lessons sooner rather than later. By learning from failed opportunities, I’ve transformed past mistakes into flourishing brands and businesses. As basic as it may sound, learning from your mistakes is a vital part of becoming a successful entrepreneur.”
