Celebrities have always been known to take risks with their fashion choices but never has a trend been this dangerous.
Vampires beware! From Khloe Kardashian, Fergie, Olivia Wilde and Kelly Rowland to Evelyn Lozado, Ciara, Blake Lively and Jennifer Lopez, fashionistas all over Hollywood are shooting daggers at each other and stomping the red carpets and all over the pavement in studded and spiked heels.
Although usually considered very rocker chic, the trend has taken on a more feminine form thanks to Christian Louboutin. The renowned shoe designer created the must-have shoe of the season, the Clou Noeud 150 Studded Slingback. The insanely sky-high six-inch heels (or 150mm, hence the 150 in the namesake!) feature a girly leather bow detail that softens the trends razor-sharp edge. Despite the $1,195 price tag, Heidi Klum, Rihanna and Dakota Fanning have all been seen wearing the same pair of Clou Noeuds sandals in beige.
