Lady Gaga Has Three Heads In New Thierry Mugler Fashion Film

What’s so fashionable about a gap tooth? No clue but if you ask Lady Gaga she might say that the gap represents the space between fantasy and reality that is bridged together on the runway when a designer takes their divine inspiration and manifests it for all eyes to see. Well, that’s just my guess but for whatever reason Mama Monster kicked of Thierry Mugler‘s Spring 2012 fashion show with a short fashion film in Paris wearing blinged-out buck teeth, technicolor hair and pigtails.

“Don’t fuck with Mugler,” Gaga whispers in the video opener directed by photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin. She continues, “Sometimes, my heart sometimes feels so black…and other days my heart feels like rainbows.” As Gaga whips her hair back in forth in a style that would make Willow Smith proud, she coos, “I am Paris. We are Paris.”

It’s no surprise that Gaga is serving as the runway show’s “musical director.” The pop star is close friends with Thierry Mugler’s creative director Nicola Formichetti. Nicola served as a stylist on all three of Gaga’s Haus of Ü fashion films where Gaga took form as a nymph, bride and mermaid named Yüyi. Last March, the international pop star made her runway debut at the designer’s Fall show and debuted her song “Government Hooker.”

“Do not anger Mugler woman. She will eat you,” Gaga warns in her fashion video trip but, despite all the theatrics, are the clothes worthy of being devoured? Check out the fashion and Gaga’s three-headed min-film below.
