50 Cent Cast As Vanessa Hudgens’s Pimp In New Movie Frozen Ground: “I’ll Be The Best Pimp Ever!”

Back in 2003, 50 Cent spit, “Come get money with me, if you curious to see how it feels to be with a P-I-M-P.” Well it looks like actress Vanessa Hudgens, 22, may have taken the bait.

The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ rapper has been cast as the High School Musical star’s pimp in the new film Frozen Ground. “I’ll be the best pimp she ever has,” 50 Cent, 36, told Celebuzz. “I play Vanessa’s pimp in the movie, and I’ve really been working on it. It was an interesting project and is based on a true story, so there was a lot of information I could use to build the character.”

In the dramatic thriller, that just started filming in Anchorage, Alaska on October 17th, Vanessa plays a teenager who escapes from a serial killer in Alaska, but must then convince the world that her story is true. Based on actual events, the film chronicles the life of Alaska’s most notorious serial killer, Robert “Butcher Baker” Hansen, who abducted more than 24 women (usually exotic dancers and prostitutes), flew them on his private plane to Alaska, raped them and then hunted and killed them for sport throughout the 70s and 80s. Vanessa plays the one victim that got away. Nicolas Cage also stars in Frozen Ground as an Alaskan State Trooper who finds Vanessa on the street and tries to bring Hansen to justice, while John Cusack plays Hansen himself.

“I feel like it’s going to be a challenge that’s unlike anything I’ve done before,” Vanessa admitted. “Just studying the people. My character is based off a real woman. I have the person who went through all of this stuff, by my side, helping me through every step of the way. It’s an amazing cast. 50 Cent is going to be my pimp which I am very excited about.”

Will you see Frozen Ground when it hits theaters in December 2012? As 50 would say, “there’s no business like Ho business.” Pimp, pimp hooray!
