Nike is hedging its bets that the answer to the question posed above is yes, as they’ve unveiled the Nike Air Max 90 Vac Tech “Tweed.” While a kick comprised of tweed may be a novel concept to your the casual sneaker appreciator, Nike has done it before, but never like this. This time around it’s not just the Air Max 90 that gets the souped up tweed treatment, it’s the Air Max 90 Vac Tech. The unibody style conceit, devoid of stitching and seams, has been catching on this season, as the boys in Beaverton continue to roll out intriguing pairs. Tweed material covers the canvas of the kick save for the mid-sole and air-sole unit. The Vac tech design combined with the tweed smattering provides for a very unique Nike look. While these kicks may be comprised of Tweed, they’ll probably still be a stretch for entrance at the Cambridge Club. Are these on yourholiday hit list?

Thanks for the thought. The reinmder call from my dentist today for my appointment tomorrow to get my crown made me think of the non toothache I have right now. I am grateful for that. Tomorrow may be a different story. I fully agree we need to take time for the things we take for granted such as our sight, hearing, mobility and loved ones tecetera. Things can change in an instant.
