The premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 may be only a few days away (can November 18th come any faster?) but Twi-hards in desperate need of something to whet their appetites are in luck. The video for Bruno Mars‘s “It Will Rain” off of the film’s soundtrack has poured sappy love all over the Web.

Like Edward and Bella, in the video the pompadour-coiffed Grammy winner experiences the highs and lows of a love lost and found but not exactly in that order. In the beginning of the clip, Bruno and his brown-eyed girl indulge in their puppy love with sweet kisses and snuggle fests until things go awry and the relationship spirals out of control.

To win back his lady love and mend his broken heart, Bruno does what he does best: he writes her a romantic ballad and arranges a private screening of Breaking Dawn (show-off!). We expected the video to be a lot more wet than it actually was, perhaps a bubble bath scene, a water balloon fight, heck even someone drinking water would have sufficed but the only thing getting wet in this video is a window pane.

So does Bruno get the girl? We won’t give it away. Watch the video below and find out. We will say that all the vampires watching will be happy to know there’s no sunlight in sight.
