Kim Kardashian has sicced her legal-beagles on a publicist who basically claimed her entire life is one big publlicity stunt. As we previously told you, during a recent radio interview, Jonathan Jaxson accused the reality TV starlet of staging her wedding to Kris Humphries, and claims to have helped Kim set up certain scenarios for the sake of publicity. In response to the accusations (which I still totally believe), Kim has hired high-powered attorney Marty Singer, who’s client list reads like a who’s who of Hollywood, to get Jonathan to keep his mouth shut. According to TMZ:

“Jaxson claims he knows this because he did PR work for her, but a source close to Kim tells us they worked together once, years ago, on a blog…and that Kim barely remembers who he is.

We’re told Kim is particularly baffled how Jaxson can talk about Kim’s wedding plans…when she hasn’t spoken to him in years.

But as part of their brief time together, we’re told Kim had Jaxson sign a confidentiality agreement—which Kim clearly feels he’s violating now. Kim has now hired Marty Singer, who submitted papers to a private arbitration to attempt to shut Jaxson up immediately.”

Reportedly, Kim has suffered damage to her reputation because of the allegedly defamatory statements and is asking for at least $200,000 in damages. Singer told TMZ, “Everything that he [Jonathan Jaxson] is saying is false and nonsense … This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame.” Pauses. Kim should pay herself $200,000 then because it’s impossible to damage her reputation even more than she has on her own. Besides that, Kim should know something about promoting yourself since she perfected the art of self-promotion. I’m just saying…
