Famed choreographer Laurieann Gibson is used to being a few steps ahead of the crowd and in control of all the moving pieces around her but The Dance Scene star was shocked to learn she was being kicked out of the Haus of Gaga. She never saw it coming.

Laurieann, who has worked with Lady Gaga since she was signed to Interscope Records in 2007, was the visual force behind most of her hits including “Just Dance,” “Poker Face,” “Love Game,” “Paparazzi,” “Bad Romance,” “Telephone,” “Alejandro,” and “Born This Way.” She has even been attributed with creating Gaga’s signature monster claw but according to MediaTakeOut.com, Lady Gaga dumped Laurieann after a “bitter fight” stemming from her inflated ego. “Laurieann is a bit of a diva, but she had her ego under control—not anymore,” a source told the hip-hop news site.

Tensions between Laurieann and Mama Monster heightened when Laurieann bragged that she had fashioned Gaga to be a carbon copy of Madonna, a comparison that Gaga has bitterly fought against her entire career. “Listen, [Madonna] should be bitter because I [made Lady Gaga in her image] on purpose and you can quote me,” Laurieann told the L.A. Times. “I did it on purpose because for all those kids who believe that you can’t, I wanted to let them feel that you can. And that’s what I represent, that’s what Gags represents.”

The relationship continued to suffer enormous strain over the religious imagery in Gaga’s “Judas” video which Laurieann wholeheartedly disagreed with. “At one point, there was two completely different views and after the third glass of wine, I was like, ‘Listen, I don’t want lightning to strike me,” Laurieann said. “I believe in the Gospel and I’m not going there.’”

Gaga clearly had enough of her creative director’s loose lips and when Laurieann learned that she was being replaced, things exploded in a yelling match over the phone. “A lot of things were said, and it was very HEATED,” a source told MTO. “Laurieann ended up hanging up [on Lady Gaga] and saying that she was SUING.”

If getting dumped didn’t sting enough, Richard Jackson, who worked under Laurieann, is now choreographing Gaga’s performances she tweeted. Ouch! Do you think these ladies will kiss and make up or is the Haus that Gaga built better without boom kack?
