She’s a Grammy Award-winning R&B singer-songwriter, pianist, actress (The Nanny Diaries, Smoking Aces), author (Tears For Water), philanthropist (Keep A Child Alive), Broadway Producer (Stick Fly) and mother (Egypt Daoud Ibarr Dean), but Alicia Keys is adding another title to her already crowded resume.

The 30-year-old wife of Swizz Beatz put down her microphone and stood up from behind her signature piano to rock the turntables at New York City hot-spot, Yotel. With her hubby by her side and Busta Rhymes on hand to hype up the crowd, Ms. Keys  evolved into her alter ego Ms. DJ AK47.

“Do your thang babe,” Swizz cooed to his lady love as she started her set. Spinning hip-hop classics, Alicia looked like a pro.  “I learned how to DJ at 9:45 tonight,” Alicia shouted to the crowd while her military jacket flashed from the built-in lights.
