The second time may prove to be the charm for Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler.

After calling off their engagement in July, the Laguna Beach alumnus took to Twitter to officially break the news that the wedding is back on!

The 24-year-old reality star and the Chicago Bears Quarterback started dating back in September of 2010 and planned to get married in the spring of 2012 when, according to a source, “Jay dumped her out of nowhere”—two days before Life & Style released pictures of Kristin trying on wedding dresses for the world to see.

A “blindsided” Kristin then hoped to use her stint on Dancing With The Stars as a distraction. But many where shocked when her 28-year-old ex-fiancee showed up in the audience to show his support before Kristin was booted from the competition.

Now the couple that first got engaged in Cabo San Lucas in April 2011 are, once again, planning a trip down the aisle. But this time around Kristin is in the driver’s seat. “I don’t really make a lot of decisions,” the NFL player said on the Waddle & Silvy ESPN radio show. “I hear about them in passing or if I have to possibly write a check or something like that. But other than that, whatever she wants to do, I’m on board.”
