Love & Hip-Hop – Atlanta?
News has emerged that a spin-off of VH1′s hit docu-series, Love & Hip-Hop, may be in the works. The new version will be based in Atlanta, and may star former Crime Mob femcee, Diamond (pictured). According to S2S Magazine:
“Although it’s not official yet, sources confirm that Diamond, ATL rapper Rasheeda and Yung Joc’s former assistant Rici have all been ‘tapped on the shoulder’ to sign on for the show.
However, things are still in the beginning stages and Diamond has a few details to hash out before she’ll ink the deal. Apparently, the producers of the show want her to be 100 percent herself in front of the cameras, but her publicists would prefer to finesse things a little bit.”
Reportedly, Diamond will be the Chrissy [Lampkin] of the Atlanta Love & Hip-Hop crew, but I agree with the producers in that she should definitely be herself for the show. Judging by her Crime Mob days, Diamond is a tad bit rough around the edges, and in the world of reality television, that translates into great ratings. The season 2 premiere of the original version came in with the highest ratings in 2 years in VH1 history with 2.566 million viewers for a premiere episode. If this new version is going to measure up to the original, it’s going to need all the drama and Chrissy-like stomp outs it can muster.
There’s also been talk of a Miami version of Love & Hip-Hop (which would possibly star Trina), but I put my money on this Atlanta version happening first.

I m not going to watch if chrissy and jim not on thr and lots of others feel the same
