Oops, she did it again!

Pop superstar Britney Spears is set to walk down the aisle for the third time to her former manager, 40-year-old Jason Trawick.

According to sources, Jason popped the question to his girlfriend of two years on the night of his 40th birthday. “This is something they’ve both wanted for a long time,” the source explains to  Us Weekly. “It’s a way to cement their family. They’re both extremely happy and can’t wait to become man and wife.”

The 30-year-old singer took to Twitter Friday afternoon, alluding to her good news. “OMG. Last night Jason surprised me with the one gift I’ve been waiting for,” she tweeted. “Can’t wait to show you! SO SO SO excited!!!! Xxo.”

That “gift” just so happened to be a Neil Lane four-carat, round-cut diamond with micro pave diamonds that Jason worked with a jewelry designer to create especially for his “Hit Me Baby One More Time” fiancee. “It’s very traditional,” an insider said. “He picked out something he knew she would love.”

Britney may be one lucky girl now, but the starlet wasn’t always lucky in love. The singer infamously married childhood pal Jason Alexander in 2004 in Las Vegas. The wedding was annulled just 55 hours later. A few months later, Brit met Kevin Federline and the couple wed after just 5 months of dating in September 2004. But in November 2006, Britney filed for divorce.
