Sorry, doll, but this is not a shocker!

Kim Kardashian‘s fame-whoring ways, continued lack of talent, and super-short marriage to NBA athlete Kris Humphries have landed her the top spot on the “Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011″ list!

Compiled by the National League of Junior Cotillions, the organization announced that the 31-year-old reality star lacked class for “making a private matter public and [while] disrespecting the institution of marriage.”

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Kate Middleton was the easy choice as the most mannered person of 2011. Prince William’s leading lady was heralded for “the poise and dignity with which she conducts herself in the public spotlight,” according to NLJC national director Elizabeth Anne Winteres.
