Said player repeatedly terrorizes the fan's team in clutch games with amazing play. (Example: Reggie Miller and Knicks fans in 90s.) 2. Said player handicapping a franchise by requesting a trade. (Example: Pick any NBA diva in the past 5 years.) 3. Said player plays for the fan's favorite team and constantly chokes in clutch games. (Example: Alex Rodriguez in the early 2000s.) 4. Said player is considered "dirty." (Example: Ndamukong Suh.) As for on court, Humphries went from a fringe nomadic NBA player to a consistent performer and rebounding machine for the New Jersey Nets, while being paid a midlevel salary.
