Besides starring in reality series Laguna Beach and The Hills (and a lucky spot on Dancing With The Stars) we’re not too sure what Kristin Cavallari is famous for. The smart cookie has however used her 15 minutes to snag a professional athlete (Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler) and they’re expecting their first baby this year.

“We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together,” they recently told People magazine. “It’s an amazing time in our life and we can’t wait to meet the new addition to our growing family.”

Cavallari, 25 and Cutler, 28, initially broke off their engagement last July, reuniting in November. No word yet on when their impending nuptials will take place.
