Did You See The Series Finale Of Chuck?

Well, they say all good things must come to an end. Such is true even for the show formerly known as what came on before Heroes Chuck, a hit NBC show that paired comedy with action (and a bit of drama) and told the story of a computer service expert (named Chuck, of course) in an electronics retail store who received an e-mail which changed his life.

The e-mail embedded the world’s best kept spy secrets (known c0llectlively as the Intersect) into Chuck’s brain, making him the most wanted man on the planet instantly. Over the course of the series, Chuck – played by Zachary Levi – develops relationships with his spy guardians and eventually develops the skill set, complete with fighting moves, that make him a force to be reckoned with in his own right.

Unfortunately, fans of the series have probably seen its end coming for a very long time. In fact, after the second season there was a campaign by fans to keep the show on the air, and its survival has been uncertain since then. The show’s five-season tenure speaks volumes about the furor with which fans loved the show – targeting Subway – one of the show’s major sponsors, to keep it going. That success led to a major endorsement deal that made Season Three possible.

Check out this cast interview with Levi, Yvonne Strahovski, Adam Baldwin, and Joshua Gomez as they talk about ending their run together.

The finale itself was full of lost memories, flashbacks, recaps, fights, and some pretty good crying scenes. The actors showed some range in it, making it clear that while this show may have ended, their careers are far from over. If you did miss it, jettison over to NBC.com as they should have the video posted soon.
