Gabriel Aubry, who shares a 3-year-old daughter with Halle Berry, has agreed to take anger management classes after being accused of pushing the nanny during an angry confrontation earlier this month. According to TMZ:

“We’re told DCFS [Department of Children and Family Services] recommended that Gabriel take anger management classes and our sources say he agreed to enroll.

As one law enforcement source told us who is connected to the case, ‘Gabriel has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it.’”

Although he has acquiesced to the anger management classes, Gabriel denies the nanny’s accusations that he shoved her. He and Halle have been going at it over custody of their daughter ever since they split in 2010. Reportedly, the duo will face off again in court on Monday where a judge will decide whether to alter the current custody arrangement in light of the alleged nanny shoving incident.
