A glowing Beyoncé warmed up a chilly evening in New York City last night as she made her first public appearance since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

Looking happy and healthy in a bright Alice Temperly figure-hugging dress, the diva showed up to legendary venue Carnegie Hall to support husband Jay-Z‘s historic first show there (a benefit concert for the United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation). The show featured guests including Nas and Alicia Keys.
