Yup, That’s A Gas Mask Made Out Of A Pair Of New Balance Sneakers
There are plenty of accessories that you need to buy when you cop a new pair of sneakers. For instance, you probably need a shirt, a hat, or some article of clothing that not necessarily matches the sneakers but, at the very least, that goes with the sneakers. But, a gas mask? A gas mask? Yeah, that’s probably not too high up on the list. And yet, that’s exactly what sneakerhead/designer Freehand Profit wanted to go along with his Nice Kicks x New Balance 1500 sneakers. So he did what anyone else would do (okay, maybe not)…He created a gas mask made out of the sneakers. *blank stare*
“The look is classic and killer,” he says. “But props to Matt Halfhill from Nice Kicks for choosing such premium materials. Now that the mask is complete, the pair I got to rock can now be put into rotation, something I’m looking forward to.”
Yep, that’s right. He created a gas mask to match his New Balance sneakers. Kinda crazy, right? And, at the same time, kinda cool. We wouldn’t necessarily rock it—we’ll stick to rocking our matching fitteds, thank you very much!—but we can certainly respect it. Very well done.
