Jeremy Scott Stuck A Couple of Gorillas On His Latest adidas Originals Sneakers
Thiiiiiiis guy! Every time we think Jeremy Scott is out of ideas—or, more specifically, animals—to incorporate into a pair of sneakers, he goes and surprises us again. In the past, he’s put things like leopards, pandas, and even teddy bears onto sneakers that he’s designed for his adidas Originals line. But, this time? Well, this time he’s really outdone himself. He’s found a way to work gorillas into the mix, and the result is a pretty fly sneaker that, unlike some of the other Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals kicks out there, we’d seriously consider rocking.
The JS Gorilla as it’s being called features a furry black upper, fuzzy laces, and, of course, a couple of gorillas heads attached to the top. The straps on the sneakers also features gorilla hands (great touch!) and, well, yeah. What more can we really say about these sneakers? They’re bananas! Er, get it?
You won’t have to wait very long to get your hands on a pair of these, either. The Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals sneakers will be hitting select adidas accounts soon. And we can’t imagine that there won’t be at least one rapper out there—you listening, Sheek Louch?!—who slips a pair of these onto their feet in the very near future. We can’t wait to see ‘em in person. Nice job, Jeremy.
