Jadakiss Talks To Chris Paul About His New Jordan CP 3.5 Sneakers

Two things about this interview: One, were the questions Jadakiss asked Chris Paul really so difficult that he couldn’t remember them without reading directly off the note cards that Jordan Brand provided him with? Seriously. Dude is sitting next to CP3 reading directly off the note cards! Unless Jordan Brand instructed him to do that, couldn’t he have just winged this interview and gotten the same exact information across? And, two, why are CP3′s sneakers always so damn difficult to decipher? I appreciate the fact that he puts a lot of time, thought, and effort into making his sneakers uniquely his. But, year in and year out, I feel like he jam-packs his sneaker with details that no one can ever really figure out. That’s not to say he doesn’t have a quality sneaker. It’s just to say that, if his sneakers require this much explanation, is it really worth including all of the details that he throws on them?

D’ah well. Just a couple of thoughts. Then again, if he didn’t do that, we wouldn’t get to watch the best point guard in the game (I’m up for the debate if you are!) and Mr. “So Raspy” go back and forth discussing the Jordan CP 3.5 sneakers in Orlando over the weekend. Here, Paul explains the inspiration behind the sneakers and the work that he put in with the Jordan designers to get his sneakers right. Jada also provides some trivia for the crowd and hands out Jordan T-shirts. My two concerns aside, it looks like it was a good time.

Props to GamerLive for the video clip.
