Sneak Peek: Kandi Burruss Searches For A One-Hit Wonder In The Kandi Factory

Don’t be tardy for this party. After turning Kim Zolciak into a bonafide one-hit wonder, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss is at it again with The Kandi Factory, where she will guide two aspiring artists through the perils of the music industry as they search for superstardom.

“A lot of big artists who sell millions of records may not be the best singers in the world, but they have hot songs or they have the right image,” Kandi told Loop 21 recently. “So with The Kandi Factory we’re going to take the different people that we choose and help them get a new record, a new image, a new video, and turn them into something. And, hopefully, I can live up to the challenge.”

At the end of the series, which is set to debut on March 4th on Bravo, one of the hopefuls will walk away with an official single and a music video produced by The Kandi Factory. So would Kandi ever work with one of her other RHOA co-stars, namely Nene Leakes?

“Actually, I would,” she said. “I wouldn’t say we’re the best of friends, but I don’t consider her an enemy. I said I was pretty much done with working with any reality artists, but just for the fun of it to show what I could do, I would help her if she wanted to. She actually can carry a tune. I’m not saying she’s Whitney Houston, but she definitely can carry a tune, and that’s all I really need.”

Check out the sneak peak of The Kandi Factory below. Will you tune in when the show airs on March 4th?
