New Avengers Trailer Assembles The Team

The UK just got a new trailer for the upcoming Avengers film, and thanks to the miracle of the internet, we can watch it here too. Which is fortunate, because it’s way more awesome than what we’ve seen in the US so far:
Apparently, over there it’s called Avengers Assemble, which makes sense, as this trailer emphasizes the actually gathering of the Avengers more than others we’ve seen. But even more than the physical gathering, this first look seems to really present the film as the story of how the group is fractured and volatile at first, and how they only unite over time during a crisis.
Plot lines and character development instead of explosions? No wonder it’s the UK trailer.
