Jessica Simpson Bares Pregnant Belly For ELLE
Following the trend started by Demi Moore back in 1991 on the cover of Vanity Fair, Jessica Simpson has decided to get naked and pose with her pregnant belly for ELLE.
“I’m a lil nervous but I’ve never felt more beautiful or empowered,” Simpson, 31, tweeted Wednesday about the photo’s debut.
While they’re expecting a girl, the new mentor for NBC’s upcoming Fashion Star show says she’s worried fiancé Eric Johnson’s football player genes will dominate.
“I swear, I will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” she tells ELLE. “Eric is so athletic—we’re gonna have this athletic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping, ’cause all she’s gonna want is sports bras and Nikes!”
Fashion Star makes its official debut on Tuesday, March 13 at 9:30pm ET on NBC.
