The 38-year-old may have suffered a minor setback when she was recently diagnosed with a rare nerve disorder that left her right arm and hand temporarily paralyzed, but the beautiful Ms. Moss is bouncing back, showing off her ageless figure on the “special edition” cover of Another Man. On the magazine’s spring/summer 2012 issue, Kate is featured topless, while her arms are covered in a beautiful frock by Sarah Burton, who currently designs for Alexander McQueen.

Shot by famed photographer Nick Night, the black and white photos are not the first time the model has gone nude. Most recently, Kate posed topless for Italian label Lui Jo, appeared in the 2012 Pirelli Calendar naked, and was even shot in the buff by Terry Richardson.
