Take a look. No, really. TAKE A LOOK! These Nike Air Yeezy 2 sneakers aren’t on Jay-Z‘s feet at a concert. Or on Kanye West‘s feet at a fashion show. Or on Don C‘s feet on an Instagram. These are the official photos of the Air Yeezy 2. As in, the ones that signify that the sneaker is actually dropping on April 13 like we’ve heard for a few weeks now. And, they are…well, they’re about what we expected. Not that that’s a bad thing. Because that’s not a bad thing at all.

The Yeezy 2s shown in the photos here feature a “Wolf Grey/Pure Platinum” colorway. And while we’ve seen pictures of them floating around before, these photos give us a much better idea of what to expect from them. They feature a premium leather upper, details inspired by Egyptians designs (oh, Kanye!), and a glow-in-the-dark outer sole. There’s a lot more that we could say about the specs of the sneakers, but we’d rather you just take a look for yourself and find what you like. There’s definitely a lot of different elements to take in.

So, when, where, and how can you get your hands on these? Well, as we mentioned, they’re now officially slated to drop April 13. And Nike is still being tight-lipped about exactly how they’re going to release these to the world. But if you’re really into them, we’d suggest you start trying to put yourself into position to get them, like, now. Start standing outside your local sneaker shop. Call your buddy who works at Nike. Or, hell, just start stacking paper in the hopes that you can afford a pair on eBay when they finally drop. You’ve waited long enough for them, right? So you might as well do all you can to get a pair.
